THE ST.PATRICKS DAY PARADE IS TO HONOR THE PATRON SAINT OF THE IRISH, NOT TO PROMOTE CAUSES SUCH AS gay rights OR ANY OTHER INFLAMMATORY, SELF SERVING IDEOLOGY OR FACTIONS:LOOKS LIKE guinness AND sam adams WOULD RATHER NO ONE DRINK THEIR BEER

There are always rabble rousers/troublemakers and ideologues around, and in this instance they are out in full force because gays, lesbians et al have been denied marching in the annual New York St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Certainly St.Patricks Day is meant to celebrate the patron Saint of Ireland who by legend removed all of the snakes from Ireland. I guess he missed a few. The Day is about the Irish, and not a bunch of individuals who want to display their banners or an ideology that has nothing to do with the Holiday, and create turmoil and trouble purely for the purpose of doing so. We get it! Some of you men out there love to have sex with men, and the same for women with women. Why don’t you just have a float doing just that and see how far it gets you.

As far as the guinness and sam adams breweries pulling their support for the parade because of the gay issue, what if everyone who was angered by this did not drink their products for a week or whatever. It does not seem to be a good marketing scheme for companies interested in their bottom line.
