WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE KANDAHAR OFFENSIVE?

For months we have been hearing from the military and the administration that the Kandahar offensive would begin sometime in June 2010. It never happened. At least no one in the military or the imbedded media have indicated that it ever began. Perhaps we just gave too much information to the enemy (Taliban). Perhaps Obama has given similar aid and comfort to the same enemy by telegraphing the date of withdrawal of our military forces in Afghanistan. When will we stop fighting politically correct wars that are almost impossible to win. No one in the Congress, the administration or the military has defined winning.
