MAMMOGRAMS: RATIONING OF HEALTH CARE, AND THE RESURFACING OF THE DEATH PANEL

Kathleen Sebelius seems to be at odds with a panel that she oversees as Secretary of Health and Human Services. The panel indiscriminately came up with a protocol that will no longer pay for breast screening, men and women below age 50, stating that in some cases the findings might cause stress in the individual undergoing the mammogram. There just might be significantly more stress on a patient dying from breast cancer who had not been diagnosed and treated in a timely fashion. An additional. recommendation suggests that it is no longer necessary for women to do frequent self breast examinations. This is rather odd since just six months ago the recommendation of both self examination and screening at age 40 was clearly imperative based upon the number of abnormal results found.  Initially, Sebelius stated that the panels decision carried no weight, but this is not true since it is their written  protocols based solely on costs that will determine the mammograms that will be allowed. Why wouldn’t she know this? Her next step was to blame members of the panel who had been carried over from the Bush administration. Have these Obama appointees no shame at all? These are medical decisions to be made between doctors and their patients and not by Washington/Obama appointed bureaucrats.

Exactly what made Sebelius the appropriate appointee to this position? She served in the Kansas legislature in 1974 and then ran for and won the position of Insurance Commissioner. To her credit she averted a possible monopoly with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas when it attempted to take over an Indiana based company, but that essentially was it. Her position as governor of Kansas in no way prepared her to make medical decisions.  During a check of her background regarding her nomination by Obama to HHS, in an April 2009 Senate Finance Confirmation Committee, she admitted to “unintentional errors” in tax returns and had to pay $8000 in taxes. This seems to be a prerequisite for most Obama appointees. They do not pay taxes until found out. Let’s see we have Geithner,  who should be forced to resign from Treasury and Rangel, while not an appointee chairs a committee that deals taxes. He, too should be forced to resign.  Sebelius, a Roman Catholic, has been refused communion because of her stand on abortion. This is another area  she will have to deal with if the Senate passes a bill that provides tax dollars for abortions. How do you think she will deal with this?

The death panel has surfaced again, but not in so many words in the HR 3200 bill, but it has been quietly placed in the Stimulus Bill since that’s where the funding will come from. Rumor has it that the Senate Health Care Bill of 2075 or more pages is now available. That will be the next project to tackle and report on. Tonight Neil Cavuto is prepared to go over some of the finer points, most of which deal with heavy, heavy taxation that will directly affect all of us who pay our taxes. I suppose this might exclude the lower classes, indigent, street people and potential Obama appointees to government position.

OBAMA AND COMMUNISM: SAUL ALINSKY’S DISCIPLE

In order to comprehend how our president dysfunctions in a world and country that every day rejects his proposals, America must understand that every choice he makes and any Change he suggests comes from the fact that he was, is and aways shall be a disciple of an alleged Communist Radical named Saul Alinsky. Alinsky was born in 1909, educated in Chicago, and through his interest in social  reform reportedly became intimate with the likes of at least two of that city’s worst gangsters, Capone and Niti. In his writings that Obama follows, Alinsky proposed the policies of gradual infiltration and confrontation in politics that characterized the 1960s, and developed the concept of community organizations whose purpose was to change the environment, organizing the so-called oppressed segment of the population to revolution, and systematically acquiring power and wealth by fomenting chaos in our economic system. He understood that the best way to do this was to bankrupt the economy of the United States by providing  an enormous number of social services that the economy could not stand up to, thus collapsing it in hopes of building a new system upon its ruins. Obama was  most likely born an African village in Kenya, shuttled to an  un proven birthplace of Hawaii, educated in Muslim schools in Indonesia and ultimately taken in by the Chicago political machine to be developed into this country’s first black and radical president. More than likely, he was granted the privilege of higher education by virtue of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. In truth, he has never released his grades, so we have no knowledge of how this man fared in schools or was he just passed on because of his minority status. It does not take much deep thought to understand that Obama approach to “fundamental CHANGe you can believe in”, is exactly what the Communist Radical Alinsky advocated. It would appear that Obama and his MARXIST CZARs ensconced in the WHITE HOUSE.

The real question is when will the Democratic/Liberal Congress see through all of this and come to the realization that the destruction of the AMERICAN ECONOMY by virtue of blindly accepting a Trillion Dollar plus Health Care Bill and a Job Losing Cap and Trade Bill of  is not worth the vote might re-elect them.  AMERICA it is time to re educate the fence-sitting quasi Liberal and Independent friends of yours so that WE can make a difference and halt the CHANGe we DO NOT WANT, because left alone it will serve to bring down ruin upon this country, exactly what Saul Alinsky proposed and whose teachings Obama follows to the letter.   I would suggest that you GOOGLE Saul Alinsky in order to find more information about this man.

OBAMA’S LIFE LONG LOVE AFFAIR WITH SEIU

OBAMA has had an admitted life long relationship/love affair with SEIU. He has stated so in many speeches so denial of its existence would be fool hardy. He owes the unions plenty particularly SEIU which probably has some good people but is sadly comprised of thugs to whom Obama has promised perks that will take care of huge pensions and contributions to health care. The union is made up of some 2,000,000 people. Why should the rest of us  300,000,000 foot the bill for things we will not be entitled to?  If you check the White House guest list, Andy Stern, head of SEIU has been there 22 times.  He has expressed many Marxist views in the past, so he fits right in with the rest of Obamas buddies. This is what Obama must pay them for  their “getting out the vote” (even dead people) to elect him.  Look at the people who at the last minute in the House vote that decided that the Health Care plan had suddenly become a good thing. A bunch of whores from varied states including Louisiana were promised money for varied reasons and these “representatives” (who the hell do they represent but themselves?) bought it.  This another word for BRIBERY, FRAUD, GRAFT,INTIMIDATION,THREAT.  In the past another term for this practice was EXTORTION, but now it might be politically correct to call it a meaningful request from the president. How different is this than when Al Capone sent his beer distributors into CHICAGO to bars that were made an offer they could not refuse and those that had the guts to do so found their guts spayed over what was left of their establishments. Obama’s Way is no different. Who is really running this country in Obama’s absence to the Far East? We know it is not the incompetent Joe Biden. America, it is more than likely Rahm Emanuel, a non elected individual of dubious character. Holder: States He Received Advice From Sister and Brother-in-law, Not Obama Regarding Decision To Bring Terrorists To Trial In NYC

If the news is correct, Attorney General Eric Holder sought advice from his wife and brother-in-law, a NYC policeman before deciding to bring the 5 MUSLIM TERRORISTS whose attack on 9/11/01 massacres over 3000 Americans and guests of other countries.  This is just more of an example of politicizing everything these Liberal/Socialist  can get their hands on but in this case it is just part of a  strategy  that would keep Obama’s imprint off it and hands clean just in case the TERRORISTS got off scott free on a legal technicality.A stupid one at that since Mr.Obama, THE BUCK STOPS WITH YOU. Obama’s will do any thing to encourage voters that he and he alone knows what is best for the rest of us. These are terrorists AND WAR CRIMINALS, so like the Germans and Japanese forces this country fought in WWII, and will now enjoy the same rights and privileges of American citizens whom these Muslim Terrorists have vowed to annihilate. Their attorneys will look for every loop-hole our laws afford. Could these TERRORISTS possible be found not guilty on a technicality? OBAMACARE: Where Shall We Find The Good MDs?

If WE THE PEOPLE allow Obama to pursue his Health Care Folly, that will bankrupt the United States, we must ask where he might find physicians in whom the American public might still find confidence and quality of care. It is, QUALITY, after all that we preach and demand from our doctors, hospitals and ancillary services, is it not? Obama, in his base naivety who will magically produce enough doctors to provide care for the so-called uninsured 30, 40, 12 MILLION (he picks and choses his numbers to suit his purposes), but who and how well-educated in college or the medical arts shall these people be trained and where shall they come from. FROM PERHAPS, ACORN choices, or foreign countries where standards may not be up to ours, or AFFIRMATIVE ACTION choices where numbers and not quality was ever the issue. If HR 3200 is ultimately chosen as currently written, thousands of physicians will opt out of Medicare where there reimbursements will fall below the poverty line. What a great deal for them! They can go on Medicaid, or Unemployment and receive all the perks that Obama’s HOMELESS might qualify for. So Obama, you still have a manpower issue. From whence come the Doctors to play in your playground of “eke it out and hope for the best”. Now, Obama, you have expressed a solution to the problems of illegal aliens. YOU WANT TO LEGITIMIZE 12 MILLION of them. What a grandiose idea!!!So you might convince them to vote you and your disreputable Liberal Party into POWER over and OVER again. YOU ARE DELUSIONAL!!!!!

So where shall you, GENIUS, find additional physicians to care for and provide QUALITY medical care to an additional 12 Million aliens and to all of the others made necessary by your STUPID HEALTH CARE POWER GRAB?

Once passed through the lower grades and high school, it costs at least $20,000 per year just for tuition for college. It costs on average and this is a low estimate, more than $25,000 per year for medical school with all other costs shouldered by the student and the family. Obama has taken over all student loans that were underwritten by banks. He wants these students to owe him years of goose stepping uniformed, Hitler like years in some kind of color shirted army before the period of servitude has been passed. Once these physicians have passed through the esne phase,(look it up) they owe more money than Obama’s government will permit them to earn, considering that Obama had no concerns for Tort Reform. By the way, will Obama agree to VA type medical care for his family and himself? THAT I WOULD DOUBT. 2012 VOTE HIM OUT!!!

Obama: Glad Your Not Here: Why Don’t You Stay?

In the 1960’s there was a successful Broadway Musical called “WISH YOU WERE HERE”. It was based upon a postcard sent from a family who spent time in the NY Catskills, to friends or relatives who remained at home in the City. This is more or less satire with a twist that sends the message to Obama that WE THE PEOPLE ARE GLAD HE IS THERE, in Asia, and would prefer that HE REMAINED WHERE HE CURRENTLY IS. Why not? Since he was raised, and schooled in Indonesia, a country all would agree still remains intact despite internal conflicts that have threatened its existence. Perhaps he can develop a quick fix for its economy, health care, greening and defense. Might be a better idea since it is smaller, probably more conducive to change and might be more in sync with a country with whom he can more efficiently and legally identify.

I write this based upon “what has he done for us lately?” Actually, he and his constituents have passed on a few more lies about our country’s growth. Let’s see. He has ignored the 10.2 unemployment numbers to tell us that fewer jobs have been lost. He has inflated job growth with no basis in fact in various States of the Union whose constituents have with facts disputed this. His total presentation from DAY 1 has been a lie and he has persisted in pursuing this tack in an attempt to convince his base that “everything is just wonderful” . Even Independents and Fence straddling Liberals are begrudgingly understanding what this man of CHANge is doing. He is hell-bent to destroy this country as a result of his birthright, his schooling, his family upbringing, his religious convictions via Jeremiah Wright and the signficant fact that despite his protests and denials that he was and is a Muslim.

HR 3200 : THE HEALTH CARE REFORM BILL : UNCONSTITUTIONAL?????????

This is a copy of an email attributed to Michael Connolly, a retired attorney and Constitutional Law Instructor from Carrollton, Texas.  I am placing everything he said in quotes.  His interpretation is essential and everyone must read the material in its entirely so that they might have an intelligent discussion with both Liberals and Conservatives alike regarding how devastating this bill would be if it were ever enacted on by the Senate. The email was dated 11/11/2009 and sent to me by a friend who resides in Colorado. I invite you to read this clear and succinct evaluation of this Bill from the standpoint of Constitutional Law and comment if you would like.

“Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choice Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than I had heard or expected.”

“To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true., despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classed of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.”

“The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.”

“However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively  have been destroyed.”

“The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different area over the lives of the American people  and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.”

“This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information,  and the information of your employer, physician and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against any unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.”

“However that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law tat allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of a tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.”

“So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out of the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though. The 9th Amendment that provides: ‘The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construe to deny or disparage others retained by the people;’ The 10th Amendment states: ‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. ‘ Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were  theirs to control.”

“I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think that you et the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to ‘be bound by oath or affirmation; to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I wold hope the American people would hold me accountable.”

I am posting this now because I believe in its importance, but plan to either add to it or present another posting of contributing and supporting information.

HR2454 : IS CAP AND TRADE BILL UNCONSTITUTIONAL????????????????

The infamous, tyrannical House of Representatives, without reading the bill or even considering its broad ramifications have passed on a bill that covers about 1428 pages. It is currently in the Senate. Why? I do not know since none of them will read it, most likely. These legislators, with each passing day and each incredible vote,take away another of our freedoms. Why are we allowing this to happen. Could it be possible that one half of the American people choose to stay ignorant and do not care? Or do they believe as the European Jews in the early and late 1930’s “it will never happen to us. Obama would never do anything like that”.  What we need are conservative constitutional lawyers who might read and challenge this bill along with the Health Bill HR 3200, also passed by the nest of vipers in the House albeit by 5 votes.  The following are issues gleaned from the Cap and Trade Bill whose need is based upon lies, deceit, power grabs and the infamous BS perpetrated by AL, the Oscar Winner, Gore who has probably made more money from “global warming” than anyone else.  This bill will greatly impact upon home owners and create obstacles that shall prevent the ready selling of a home unless the owner complies with the energy standards imposed by this bill. If the Senate agrees and votes in the affirmative our taxes will increase to a family of four by $6800 each year and once again the middle class will have to foot the bill, pay more taxes, and bail out the indolent, lower class who remain content with the position in which Obama and the Liberals wish to keep them.  All types of residence will be impacted upon. and no house will be sold unless permitted by the EPA administrator who is a SOCIALIST.  If you apply to sell your home(Constitutional?) you must have, at your expense a government inspector tell you whether or not your home meets the standards for energy and water efficiency under the provisions in the bill.  If not you will be forced to make all of the modifications required at your expense and have the inspector return, again at your expense to see if you have complied. At that time you will get a license posted on your property showing your efficiency rating. If your rating is deemed not high enough for government, you will not be permitted to sell. The bill also provides that the standards may be raised every year with automatic increase and you MAY NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL YOUR HOME. The EPA administrator (traitor?) appointed by OBAMA will run Cap and Trade and has a carte blanche to raise standards as he or she in this case sees fit.

One year after enactment, you will not be permitted to sell your home unless you’ve met all requirements by retrofitting and complying with all standards of the Act. Again, each year, you better  believe that the standards will be raised. From the goodness? of their heart, government will provide in certain circumstances, grants of several thousand dollars to help with compliance to the Act, but you mist meet certain energy efficiency levels to receive such monies. Additional requirements: your income level cannot exceed more than $50 K per year and the sale price of your home cannot exceed $125K. Clearly the majority of the Middle Class will receive no money and all financial burden will again be on them. Obama what was it you said or lied about regarding no further taxing of the middle class?

In section 204, the Building Energy Performance Labelling Program sets labeling for each residence to identify “achieved energy performance and achievement” for  at least 90% of the residential market within 5 years after enactment date of this Act. The EPA will be provided from our tax money $50M per year to enforce the labelling program.  Sort of reminds me of Stars of David required to be worn by the European population of Jews prior to Hitlers attempt at total extinction of them.  Additional moneys will be allotted to assist the so-called Secretary to increase the standards each year. The label WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE POSTED in a conspicuous location on your residence and the residence cannot be sold without a label.  LOOKS LIKE A REPORT CARD FROM GRADE SCHOOL TO ME. Who the hell do these Congress people think they are to take away our freedoms? How about this idea. Let’s stop paying Federal taxes and THROW THESE BASTARDS OUT OF OFFICE. How many people can they put in to jail? It will be packed with those not buying health insurance. Another Nazification of the UNITED STATES! As you are required to periodically have stickers or labels for your auto, you will be required to get a new house label every so often at a rate of $200 additional TAX per year.  A program of taxing in CA for auto smog was begun at a rate of $15 per year and now it has risen to $50 per year for inspection and label.

The State and local district in which you reside is called into play in Section 304 Greater energy Efficiency in Building Codes where new guidelines are established for the National Building Code mandating that one year after enactment, state and local jurisdictions must adopt the National Building Code energy efficiency provisions to receive a certificate from the Federal government that all state and local codes have been brought into full compliance. UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
