It has never been revealed how the salaries of members of the Senate had been determined, but hopefully, they are not paid by the hour. Watching them at “work” during an important vote on whether to allow h.reid to table aka kill any further consideration of Cut, Cap and Balance, was not as refreshing or interesting as watching paint dry.
