Acting although resigned(?) director of the IRS stephen miller appears to this observer that he has not responded fully to questions asked by some members of the Congressional Committee investigating alleged “politically motivated” denials or total withholding of tax exempt status for organizations with names or affiliations with Conservative groups. Miller gave the Sgt. Schultz (Hogan’s Heroes), I know nothing defense or seems to have conveniently forget any information including names and dates relative to questions asked. Miller could not even answer a simple Yes or No question as to whether he had an obligation to the American people to provide truthful answers to Congress even after being reminded that he had sworn an oath at the beginning of the proceedings. Should he not be held in contempt of Congress? He did respond to the question that he had elevated Sarah Hall Ingram to oversee IRS functions with regard to obamacare, but would not portray her role in the discriminatory actions against Conservative groups as unacceptable.
stephen miller, ACTING ALTHOUGH RESIGNED DIRECTOR OF THE IRS WAS UNABLE TO CLEARLY RESPOND TO QUESTIONS ASKED BY A CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE LOOKING IN TO THE MOTIVATION FOR DENYING OR WITHHOLDING TAX EXEMPT STATUS FROM ORGANIZATIONS THAT APPEARED TO BE CONSERVATIVE: WHY SHOULD NOT MILLER BE HELD IN CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS?
