congressman john conyers OF MICHIGAN: IS IT ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE FAILURE OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION?

I have heard representative john conyers of Michigan, in the past, try to put more than two words  together to form a sentence that has made sense, but his attempts have been abject failures. Today, during the House Judicial Committees justified grilling of  Attorney General holder, conyers in some bizarre way attempted to justify holder’s actions in a purely partisan way, I think. He made an attempt to make a point, but seemed too confused to be even sitting on this important committee.  MIGHT THIS BE ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE FAILURE OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION? HOW DID THIS MAN EVER GET ELECTED TO CONGRESS?
