So typical of the manner of extortion impressed upon liquor stores and bars in Chicago (where else) by such as Al Capone, a Wisconsin Union has sent letters out to businesses demanding that they support any and all union positions or risk a boycott of their establishments. Are these despicable union bosses any better than the Mafia that held sway for so many years, intimidating small businesses because they could? The rank and file are not necessarily culpable but are they complicit by not objecting to what the heads of their unions are currently doing, and demanding that they cease and desist. The attitude “I am all right, Jack” with its unwritten fore word that clearly establishes the fact that everyone else can go to hell, must change on the part of the union rank and file. The Union bosses will not give up their 30 pieces of silver, but the rank and file must be willing to do so and give up the union bosses by revealing what they know of the graft, the thievery and god knows what else of what these people have been capable.
