I understand that Fox News, in its attempt to be fair and balanced must put both advocates of the left and right on the air. However, putting a. whiner up against Megyn Kelly has to be worse than waterboarding or perhaps any other intolerable tortures that forces people to talk. The CIA should really consider this rather than subjecting prisoners to hours on end of rap music. After a few minutes of watching and listening to weiner, all that can be told will be told.
As he did during the last interview with Megyn Kelly, weiner was again, obnoxious as he tried to dominate the interview so characteristic of other NY legislators who are so full of their self-importance, that the other side has no consequence.
In this particular interview(?), the question of whether, Justices Scalia, Thomas or the former solicitor general of the U.S., Kagan should recuse themselves if and when the constitutionality of Obamacare comes up for the review of the Supreme Court. The issue was weiners characterization of Thomas’s wife earning money as a lobbyist not in support of Obamacare, using what ever vague subterfuge he could come up with. Of course, he denied the need for Kagan to do the same despite the fact that she has apparently argued in favor of this most obnoxious health care law that needs repeal. Liberals pick and choose their arguments whether there is any validity to them at all. They make statements not necessarily supported by facts, and distort information as it suits their purpose. The liberal left will always fail to reply to a specific question, will talk over anyone else speaking, and as loud as possible. They never fail to respond in this manner.
I would hope that Fox might reconsider an encore since it will not prove to be any better than weiner’s previous appearances, unless they feel that the Fox audience, mostly conservative, would find looking at and listening to weiner as a form of comedy to be laughed at rather than taken seriously.
One other issue must be clarified and that it whether Supreme Court Justices are obliged to recuse themselves for reasons that might require the same action from other justices in lower courts, or whether of not they might just do so out of respect for the Law.
