Transparency is once again clouded by smoke and mirrors, Congress just seems to continue the hypocrisy of excessive spending, only while not calling it earmarks, still smells like the sty. Perhaps certain government agencies should be investigated as to how budgeted money is being used. Who will investigate them? The Congress, of course.
