If pbs is in full support for something so stupid as encouraging a nonsense marriage between the male puppets Bert and Ernie, parents with any intelligence at all should place that channel under parental controls. The First Amendment provides for freedom of speech, but in no way demands that any particular news paper be read, any particular newscast be watched, or what in the past has been presented as an educational program for children be watched. We, as Americans, do not have to accept, embrace any ideology just because a minority of people wish to flex their muscle and force us to do so. They are entitled to what they choose as a life style, but must not be allowed to be part of the education of children whose parents find such teachings against those morals and principles they desire for their children.

Tax payer money must not be provided to pbs for the purpose of a cause that most Americans do not approve of. The House of Representatives if they ever get back to the business for which they are being paid must make certain the defunding of pbs in any case. pbs seems to do very well selling cds, and dvds along with moneys contributed, to stand on its own.

If pbs persists in what appears to be their interest in furthering the gay lesbian cause even with children’s puppets, perhaps its stations should be converted to PAY ON DEMAND and lost among the higher channels that deal with subjects that most parents do not allow their children to view.

anthony the whiner/weeper, weiner stood before a group of reporters today and attempted, unsuccessfully, to convince them that he was a “good guy” who just made bad decisions. weiner, acting more the victim rather than the culprit, asked for forgiveness that was neither earned nor should be given, by the reporters whom in the past he has slurred, the ny state constituents he was supposed to represent and the American people and the congress that he has dishonored by virtue of all of his partisan positioning, supported by lies and deceit.

We really do not care that he “loves his wife” or that the feeling may or may not be mutual. Only a fool would forgive what he did to her. his claim of acting in the behalf of his constituents holds very little water since, he has always voted with party disdaining any and all feelings that his constituents might feel otherwise. his arrogance toward the American people must not be forgiven. his belligerence regarding responding to questions posed by reporters must not be forgiven and his calling a reporter a “jackass” because he had the nerve to ask a question that pertained to his lies about his current sexual escapade should be written across his forehead with a large J.

weiner is just as guilty as all of the Republicans who were forced to resign from congress perhaps for lesser “mischief”. He must just resign. If he chooses not to resign, it is imperative that the current Speaker of the House call him to task and make him respond to charges that he has disgraced the office to which he was elected.ANY REPUBLICAN WHO WILL N OT SIGN ON TO THIS SHOULD BE SUSPECT AND MADE TO RESPOND AS TO WHY weiner should not answer to his disgusting internet offerings. weiner and his ubermench, photo op schumer immediately came to his defense. Perhaps schumer should be called upon in the senate to respond to why he was so quick to defend weiner.

A Rutgers University student sadly found it necessary to end his life by virtue of an embarrassing video that aired on the internet. This should not have happened. Considering what weiner has done to his wife, a female resident of Seattle, his constituents and the American people who place their “trust” in congress, should weiner at the least JUST RESIGN, SHUT UP AND SEE IF ELLIOT SPITZER MIGHT HAVE A JOB FOR HIM! HOW DIFFERENT ARE THE TWO OF THEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

obama WAY OVER HIS HEAD, MAY FLEE TO WILLIAMSBURG WITH FAMILY

Obama has not yet cancelled his family trip to Williamsburg, Virginia, its history and theme park. The president apparently is so overworked, he needs another min-vacation. Reports are coming from Washington regarding a potential break in the negotiations, but as fast and furious as these reports reach the network, they are refuted as premature.

it is the democrats who should have, since they could have, voted in a budget six months ago, but reneged for purely political reasons, not wishing to harm their already tarnished image. It did not work. It is the democrats refusing to give up the big free bucks to the abortion promoting Planned Parenthood. It is the democrats refusing to give up the big free bucks to the overtly liberal and biased so-called public broadcasting networks. It is the democrats refusing to give up the excessive spending that has led us into a recession and a debt exceeding 14 Trillion dollars.

The Republicans had promised their constituents and the country that they would curtail unnecessary spending and create a more balanced budget. They must stick to what they promised. The democrats, for purely political purposes are obstructing any agreement, while strutting pompously promoting the Republicans as negative. The do-nothing president might as well go to Williamsburg with the folks, but perhaps he should Rent-a-car and pay for it himself. He has been useless in Washington.

One of the other issues involved it that of defunding Obamacare which the democrats do not want included in the budget. They still want a health care that has the potential to kill the elderly who have already paid their taxes and then tax them for dying.

DEFUND NPR AND PBS NOW! COMBINE THE TWO AND PUT BIG BIRD IN CHARGE

NPR and PBS have been on the taxpayer dole for too long a time already. While it may be argued that PBS does have some educational value, and has presented interesting and sometimes very special performances, defunding of one public station cannot be done without doing so to the other. PBS must do well with subscriptions and sales of videos and other paraphernalia. If not, it must tighten its belt as has been asked of the rest of America (except for the Obamas, that is). NPR is a much different situation since, it is biased against conservative thought, while receiving unbiased tax payers’ money to the tune of $420 Million, yearly. Adding insult to injury, NPR has been given $1.8 Million dollar by George Soros, the wealthy socialist who believes in the distribution of the wealth of every one else.

You might recall that Vivian Schiller, CEO of NPR, a while back upheld the firing of Juan Williams, because he expressed a feeling of fear, upon seeing Muslims on a plane he might board. Ms. Schiller, after making a speech this past weekend, stated that the taxpayers monies given to NPR was just “seed money”. She resigned yesterday. More house cleaning at NPR occurred earlier this week when Ron Schiller (apparently no relations), the individual in charge of funding at NPR, also resigned, when he voiced derogatory opinions about the Tea Party, Conservatives and Jews, calling Tea Party racists. Liberals pull the race card when they have nothing in their tank but sheer stupidity. It is time to pull all monies from NPR and ask for any unspent money to be returned, NOW!

Ron Schiller, having left NPR moved quickly to be the Art Director at the Aspen Institute. It is interesting that, there is at least one member of the Tides foundation that sits on Aspen’s Board of Directors. There may be more. If one googles Aspen and Tides, the relationship is quickly evident. If one googles Aspen and Soros, again a relationship is found as well as Soros’ relationship with the Tides Foundation. A group called Apollo, allegedly under the auspices of Tides wrote the Stimulus Bill for their buddy Obama. So, we have a grouping comprised of ASPEN, TIDES, GEORGE SOROS, ACORN, the Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Van Jones, and various unsavory characters who have been regular visitors to the black house. All of these groups seem to have a common denominator, which could place out country in serious jeopardy.
