His initial claim that he was hacked into if false, could be a federal offense. If he lied about it to cover up his participation, it could be a criminal offense. This could be why he sought out legal advice instead of calling the authorities. The NY media has given barely lip service to what has now been called weiner-gate, but this is so characteristic of their bias. The chuckie-man also from NY has now been silent since he came to weiner’s support initially. What does he really know about what happened? Did weiner confide in him?
